ATTENDING AN EVENT

General
What are the options for parking? Are there ADA options?
We have 140 designated stalls of parking located on the green level of our parking garage.  There is also parking in the lot across the street at the Harborside Parking Garage. We have ADA options for parking, and both garages have elevators, automatic doors, and sidewalk ramps.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Smoking is not allowed on our property; however, guests are welcome to step outside of the building to do so.
Can I store my bags during my event? If so, how long after my event ends can my bags be stored?
We are happy to secure items as needed on an individual basis but cannot store bags before or after your event.
How far is the conference center from the airport?
Kitsap Conference Center is 32.8 miles away from the airport via I-5 and Hwy 16. There are multiple ways to get here, whether it’s by car or ferry. Click here to research the best way for you.
How far is the conference center from Downtown Seattle?
We are a 60-minute ferry ride away from Downtown Seattle. For the most up-to-date ferry schedule departing Seattle to the Bremerton Ferry Terminal, please click here.
How far is the conference center from the train station?
After a two-minute walk or ten-minute drive from Pioneer Square Station (3rd and James) to the Seattle Ferry Terminal, you’ll arrive at the conference center after a 60-minute ferry ride.
How far is the conference center from the cruise terminal?
Kitsap Conference Center is 69.5 Miles via I-5 and Hwy 16. Visitors can also take the ferry from Seattle, which is a 60-minute ride to Bremerton Ferry Terminal.

Do you have a business center?
We do not have a business center, but please reach out to our team at 360.377.3785 or info@kitsapconferencecenter.com to help find a solution for your needs.
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height, or types?
All pets must be pre-approved and always on a leash or in a crate. Health and safety standards must be met, and all clients must follow the health code regarding pets in a dining establishment.  There are strict rules against animals inside restaurants (aside from service animals) per the Washington State Department of Health. Please let your planning contact know if pets will be attending your event.
I left something at the conference center, can you tell me if anyone found it?

I need to have a private call or meeting during an event that I’m attending.  Is there somewhere for me to do this?
Yes, we are happy to offer a quiet space for a private phone call or meeting. Please visit our concierge and we can point you in the right direction.

What shopping is nearby the conference center?
We are fortunate to have many local businesses nearby. Some of our favorites are Bremerton Vintage Flea, FROG Soap, ISH Vintage Clothing, Ballast Book, Hippie Witch, and Uptown Merchantile and Marketplace. Kitsap Mall and The Trails Mall are more favorites, both located in Silverdale, just a 25-minute drive away.

Do you offer vegetarian, gluten-sensitive, or other dietary restriction menu options?
Yes! Please connect with your host beforehand if you anticipate needing any of these menu options, and we will be happy to work with them to accommodate.
My host required me to select my entrée’ before the event.  Can I change my choice when I’m there?
As we try and honor all special requests, last-minute changes are subject to in-house availability.
Can I take my leftovers home?
Any item that is pre-ordered as a take-home package can be taken home.  All other food items are subject to our local health department standards, where we use time as a control; therefore, food that has been displayed or served cannot be taken home.

HOSTING AN EVENT

General
Can I schedule a time to see the space before I book my event?
Absolutely! We can tour you both in person as well as virtually.  We love to show off our beautiful venue.
What is the max capacity for an event and Kitsap Conference Center?
We can hold 1,500 guests maximum, cocktail style.
How many meeting rooms does Kitsap Conference Center have?
We have 11 meeting and event rooms.
How can I reserve event audiovisual?
Our sales team can assist you in booking an audiovisual specialist for your event.  We can also reserve A/V equipment that we have on property for your event.
What is needed to secure my event?
Each event is secured with a non-refundable deposit at the time of contract booking.
Can my event space be held before or following the actual event date?
We can temporarily hold event space on an as-needed basis. We cannot officially secure an event until we have a signed contract and paid deposit.
Is there office space that can be rented for the duration of the event?
Yes, on a per-basis contract.
How do I handle sending packages and meeting equipment in advance to the venue?
Please coordinate all package deliveries with our sales and event team.
What are your sustainability practices?
We understand the importance of sustainability and eco-friendly practices by recycling, using eco-friendly food and beverage packaging, adding vegetarian and vegan options, using seasonal products, serving sustainable seafood products, and re-claimed event décor.

Is outside food and drink permitted?
Outside food and beverage are arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with our sales and event team for more information.
Do you offer catering services?

Can I use outside catering?
Outside catering can be arranged locally and on a case-by-case basis.
Our attendance was lower than our guest count.  Can I take the extra food home?
Any item that is pre-ordered as a take-home package can be taken home.  All other food items are subject to our local health department standards, where we use time as a control; therefore, food that has been displayed or served cannot be taken home.
WEDDINGS
Can I schedule a tour of your wedding space(s)?

Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes, we do. Please visit our website for current offerings.
Do you offer catering for weddings?
Yes, we cater to all internal events that request catering.  We do not offer outside wedding catering.
What audio/visual services do you offer?
We offer essential audiovisual services, such as microphones, screens, projectors, and sound.  Events that require multiple A/V components are required to use an A/V technician, which we can coordinate for you.
Can I taste the food before choosing the menu?
Yes, select events can request a tasting. Fees may apply.
I am interested in a customized menu.  Can you accommodate that?
Absolutely! Our Chef is happy to work closely with you to curate your desired menu.
Are there hotels nearby to reserve room blocks for my guests?
Yes. We have partnerships with two hotels within walking distance, and we would be happy to help coordinate for you. If driving, we also have additional options.
Will I have access to the venue before the wedding starts to get ready and have photos taken?
Yes.  All wedding bookings include time for décor and photos.
Can I bring alcohol or any other outside beverage for us to enjoy while getting ready?
Outside beverages are not allowed; however, we would love to provide any of these options for you.
Do you provide a day-of coordinator?
We do not provide an internal coordinator; however, we can refer you to a local wedding coordinator. All events are staffed with an event captain who can help with simple day-of requests.
